Shipping Policy

Due to the upcoming festive season, there's a surge in demand worldwide. This can cause an increase in processing time and shipping time!

Shipping is free worldwide on most items. On some items, we have Free Shipping over $59.99

Important Shipping Information:

Once your order is paid for, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing.

-All items are subject to handling period before they are dispatched.

-99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2 to 4 days of payment.

-Average processing time for personalised products is around 5-7 days.

-Once order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification.

Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 weeks from the date of order. Average delivery time is 12-15 days. We do our best to expedite and often you will receive your order much sooner. In few instances, unforeseen issues with the courier company outside of our control may delay your order.

We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes. Some unexpected issues may arise that are outside of our control (issues with the courier company, weather related issues, incomplete address provided...) Therefore, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase.

We ship all over the world and transit times vary depending on your location and the item you've ordered. If you don't receive your package within the estimated shipping time, you can contact us at support@allthingstx.com

We ship worldwide so no matter where you are in the world, if you order from our store, you will receive your package.

Orders ship from multiple locations. Some items ship from our HQ, while some will ship directly from the artists that created them. This allow for us to save on overhead and pass those savings to you! Therefore, for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages. We do this to expedite your order reaching you on time in the shortest amount possible. Please keep this in mind when receiving your packages. Tracking numbers and tracking emails will be sent for each of the items that ship separately.

Please note, Allthingstx is not responsible for any custom fees once your order is shipped. By buying any of our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
